Festival Ambassador

Madison CT Pride is proud to welcome Ann Nyberg as our 2026 Festival Ambassador. Ann has spent nearly 50 years in Connecticut television news — the longest run of any female anchor or reporter in the state's history. She anchors the noon, 4, 5, and 6 p.m. weekday newscasts on WTNH and produces and hosts her own program, NYBERG, which spotlights innovators, entrepreneurs, and artists across the region.

In 2015, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences inducted her into its Silver Circle, an honor reserved for professionals who have shaped their community and their industry. We're honored to have someone who has spent a career lifting up her neighbors standing with us this October.
